You may browse and preview public Sounds without an account. To upload or manage Sounds you must create an account and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account.
Uploads and Licenses
By uploading a Sound, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the content and grant the Service a non-exclusive license to host, stream, and display the Sound. You remain the owner of your content subject to the license you grant.
Content Rules
Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, breaches privacy, or violates applicable laws or platform rules (for example Roblox's Terms). The Service may remove content that violates these Terms.
DMCA and Copyright
If your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, contact the site administrator at admin@xzeviousmal.com with a DMCA notice. The operator will respond and may remove or disable access to the content.
Account Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in abuse, or otherwise misuse the Service.
